The Skolkovo Foundation has announced a competition for the best name for a technological university. For now, this scientific and educational institution is only in the project and according to the plans of the creators, it will take a central place in the ecosystem of the Skolkovo science city.

The authors of the most successful names will be mentioned on the Skolkovo website, and the best idea will be used in the name of the future university. O. Alekseev also noted that so far the founders of the university have not gone beyond the idea of calling the new educational institution SIT (Skolkovo Institute of Technology) or SIST (Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology).
