Of course, the issue of the implementation of the law arises. As a result, nothing is clear. It seems that there are still intentions, but in half a day someone broke them off. One must think, after all, it was not the speaker of Mironov, although he can enroll this story in a plus and trumping it to the parliamentary elections.
