Moscow (Reuters) - the largest private oil producer in the Russian Federation - Lukoil invests about $ 5 billion in the Caspian region in 2011-2017, according to the presentation of the company in 2010. Lukoil also said that the benefits of paying the export duty provided by the companies will bring it $ 4 billion in 2011-2013, and $ 1 billion at the expense of Caspian exports.
