I read a charming fantasy story by Vladimir Kadenko - “Obscene Words” !
I was especially struck by the presence of the French in it, and even Napoleon III! I looked on the Internet, I forgot everything so much, somehow the British are always mentioned during the siege of Sevastopol, but the fact that there was a whole coalition there!..
I began to retell the story to my friends, and my mother immediately realized that Count Tolstoy, who was even Lev Nikolaevich, was brought out under the pseudonym Rostov, and I felt something familiar, but did not recognize it!
I vaguely remember that the euphemisms given in the story were actually invented by Tolstoy.
Tolstoy, along with Kant, was one of the main reference points in the life of my Teacher. He loved to tell the story of how Gorky, having visited Lev Nikolaevich, was deeply offended and hurt by the obscene expressions used by his idol in an intimate conversation. Therefore, Lesskis considered the use of obscenities in the appropriate situation to be a manifestation of aristocracy and, when linguistically necessary, he did it without fear or reproach.
But I think that Tolstoy deceived Georgy Alexandrovich and talked to Peshkov this way for reasons of his soul science, in order to further offend the visitor.
Therefore G.A. he was not shy about expressions if they seemed “artistically” justified to him. Once I brought my son to meet him, and we went out for a walk along Lavrushinsky Lane. This was in the summer, after Lesskis suffered a stroke, for which I had the opportunity to treat him.
It must be said that the stroke was a consequence of the Kantian views of this great man.
One hot, stuffy summer evening, similar to the one that happened some half a century ago at the Patriarch's Ponds, a visitor came to my Teacher and stayed with him all night, listening to discussions about Russian literature.
But Georgy Alexandrovich, as a true gentleman, an admirer of Kant, could only be in the presence of a lady in a full threesome. Naturally, by the end of this feast he felt very ill. He also took the dog out for a walk in the morning, but barely made it back.
This was far from the most egregious incident in his life. One day he fell seriously ill, just after reading a multi-volume book by a famous lover of the criticism of pure reason, and when a doctor came to him, he stood up, leaning on a chair, in his magnificent toilet, declaring that he could not lie in the presence of a standing person!
Fortunately, my brother informed me about the disaster quite quickly, and I was one of the first to arrive at the scene.
The outstanding ethicist was lying on the floor, his arm and leg were already paralyzed!
With the help of his youngest son, I managed to partially remove his armor, put him on a blanket and carry out initial therapy. Fill the freezer with ice and put it on your sore head, wrapped in towels. To top it all off, I began to massage the patient’s neck.
After a few minutes of such a massage, a miracle happened - when asked to raise a paralyzed arm or leg, the sufferer did it without much strain.
But then something terrible happened - G.A.’s wife returned from the dacha. and brought with her a doctor from the clinic, who suffered from an apparently incurable neurological disease because she was shaking uncoordinatedly with parkinsonian tremors.
I already suspected then that all neurological diseases are associated with mental disorders, but I was not convinced of this.
From the threshold, a rattling follower of Aesculapius screamed: “Massage for a stroke is not allowed!”
And I was fired.
When leaving, I promised the Teacher that I would return in two weeks, when his sick members would finally become immobilized, and I would be called again.
And so it happened.
Quite quickly I managed to restore muscle tone in the arm and leg, but the patient could not walk on his own. I wanted to take him out for a walk, but through my relatives I received instructions from the doctor that in such a state this was out of the question!
Lesskis had glaucoma, and he was unable to move independently in the cramped corridors of his apartment, since with such diseases you have to learn to move by controlling your vision.
So I came when no one was home, dressed the convalescent man in full combat gear and took him out for a walk. He was already walking back on his own.
Returning, I remembered the words of my brother, who was once on duty with a patient. Handing over duty to me, Dima said that only now he noticed how G.A. aged.
To which I exclaimed incredulously:
- But why is he so handsome then?!
– Do we really notice what kind of wood is there when the fire is burning! – the half-blood objected to me and Kant.
So the walk with Zhenya was part of the final therapy.
At this time, an election campaign was taking place, which Georgy Alexandrovich vigorously discussed, especially in literary and ethical terms.
TV presenter Dorenko used a euphemism in an obscene saying:
– Whoever orders a girl dances for her!
And G.A. without hesitation he explained to me and my child what word should have been used there!
I don’t know what impression this made on my first-born, but I have the most difficult memory. I did not share my mentor’s views on aristocracy and simply did not accept them in such a manifestation!
While talking, we walked along Lavrushinsky Lane to the embankment, from where a stunning view of Moscow opened up, with Ton’s towering great creation in the form of a Luzhkov remake.
I wanted to complain to the teacher - what a great temple it was, and how it was spoiled by a poor-quality copy!
But he suddenly remarked:
- Oh, how I got back to my childhood! As a boy I always admired the Cathedral of Christ the Savior from this point!

That strange Russian word for "riding"
A tart rhyme awaits consistency!..
The smell of novelty - and the trains are moving
The stupefying opium of space.
Well, I'm a ride addict too, I'm a ride addict,
And the habit is extremely sticky...
But the wheel creaks, and the cart of luck
No luck - but memorized like a monogram!
Unlucky because he doesn't want to be lucky
And in my hearts looking around like a beggar,
I will say: “Don’t be sad and, in short, forgive me!”
There is no more space here than food!”
I would get such a wonderful ointment -
Lubricate the runners, wheels and neck,
Give me a lift and at least don't jinx it,
With a hitchhiker I'll make it before my life.

The meaning of both the living and the dead is to swim from the womb
In the excitement of inspiration and labor,
Where the table is set between the roots of the Tree,
To eat not death, but fruits.
Gardener and Fisherman at the doors of the Garden,
And the net on the apple tree is living gray hair.
She is a transparent barrier in her mouth.
- Overcome! - I'm overcome!
Naivety... eyelids... you can’t hide the apples of your eyes,
The crystal inside is tossing and turning - sigh,
But it’s not a stone that will fall out - a ring-phrase:
Se - Man! It's the truth! Se - God!
And, boiling, the moments foam,
Flowing into the womb, where the hand is a river...
And I dream that dreams are mortal...
I'm happy, life! I believe! Bye!

And the days, alas, are pointed,
And I'm at the peak of their worries,
I've been dying all year long
I won't die... We are eternal! Eternal!
Grant me, God, heaven,
In which there is a sweet grave,
To cover the mortal body,
Like a mortal forest canopy.
There are no words. Sounds are buried in the lips,
They are swollen from fate,
Are the Archangel's trumpets already
Will they raise the old coffins?
We wait at the bottom of the millennium
Foresight - to love and live...
What should I do, what should I sing,
To fertilize the soul?
And music grows from the womb,
Mixed in the Son Bach and the fruit...
And waves of mortal seeding,
Having made their way to the body, they enter the mouth.
