It is now forbidden to come with mobile phones for a single state exam. On March 15, the head of Rosobrnadzor Lyubov Glebova, in an interview with Russia-24 television channel, told about this. Earlier, the provision on the exam stated that schoolchildren should not use their mobile devices, although the media reported numerous cases of violation of this rule. Now, the conditions for passing the exam will become more stringent . In addition, at points of passing the USE will be mandatory by public independent observers who will monitor compliance with all formal requirements.

In preparation for the exam of this year, Rosobrnadzor expanded the system of online consultations in the subjects of a single state exam and the procedure for its implementation. This service is designed for schoolchildren, teachers, exam organizers and parents of graduates. The head of the department said that the answers to questions on the exam can now be obtained not only on the exam portal , where video consultations of leading specialists are also available, but also on the sites of regional education departments and universities.

In the commentary of Russia-24, Lyubov Glebova drew attention to the content of the questions asked. “If 2-3 years ago these were discussions about whether the exam is needed, now these are questions about how to do it correctly, if the student wants to write an appeal, how much time the student has before the next exam, and so on,” she noted. According to the Top Chino, the Ministry of Education and Science, this means that the third year of the USE work in normal mode led to the fact that the educational community was already accustomed to the exam and took it for granted.

The head of Rosobrnadzor also said that now the question is whether to allow the student to pass a single exam, if the student did not submit an application before March 1, will be decided at the regions level. To do this, the graduate needs to go to school, and she, in turn, will send this issue to the region’s examination commission. “Compared to past years, when such a decision had to be made at the federal level, the task is now simplified. This is right, because the reason why the graduate did not do it easier to find out in advance on the spot, ”said Lyubov Glebova.

She also said that the documents to the university can now be sent electronically, and not "stand in line in the heat." If the schoolboy has become a winner of one of the scientific Olympiads, which give a benefit upon admission to the university, then he will be able to take advantage of his benefit only once. That is, when sending documents of a maximum of 5 universities in three directions, the winner or winner of the Olympiad will have a benefit in only one option out of 15.
