A rare case - turned on the TV - 1st channel. And she got to the program about Yegor Gaidar.

I looked at one breath. His interviews, memories, opinions of his friends, relatives, colleagues ... a well -made film. From my point of view - correct, honest. Without hysteria, clicks and ordinary searches of enemies. I knew a lot, much became clear. It is clear - why the reforms failed (although they have failed? Probably, it will be more accurately to say - not brought to the end), why the people are so sincerely confident in the guilt of Gaidar, Chubais, and others ...

That's what surprised, scratched.

From Channel One, they give the history of those years, people who have made the history of modern Russia without negativity. This is impossible. Unrealistic. This does not happen.

Why showed it like that? It can be assumed that Russia is trying (with the highest permission - otherwise who would miss such a transfer through the 1st channel?) Return to the path of freedom (freedom, including imposing the point of view of the party and government). But I can’t believe it. No way. Against the backdrop of a rigid admin resource, against the background of what we have now (I don’t want to talk about March 13 in Komi. I just don’t want to - much has already been said - there is no point in repeating, and everything was quite expected, although I don’t remember such dirty elections) it’s good not to talk about a single and so on, led by who cannot be called, but about people who are the exact opposite of the current processes.

Gaidar, Chubais and others like them sought to remove the vertical of power, tried to make an insignificant admin resource. And they are shown on the 1st TV. Moreover, not as the enemies of the nation, who destroyed the Great Mighty Soviet Union, but as people who took responsibility and tried to restore (and restored, actually) Russia who pulled it out of the financial disaster of the late 80s and early 90s.

So about the show, actually. Why, why was it shown? Indeed, the TV is returning to our direct duties - to inform, and not zombie? It is unlikely. I think that we want to give us hope for possible freedom. Serve those who desperately need it, but still live in Russia. As a child who is made to understand that they will give him a horse for his birthday, and they give a T -shirt with the image of this horse.

Giving hope is obviously false is mean.

That, in fact, is all.

I immediately want to ask those who, after reading this note, will want to insult the people who I respect me (including Gaidar) in their usual manner - do not work to demonstrate their bad education. I will not oppose.

And today is Gaidar's Day for me. Not a date. Just like that. And for this, the 1st channel I can say thanks.
