OPEN LETTER TO ALL MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES, PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS AND CITIZENS OF RUSSIA

YOU ARE OUR LAST HOPE!!!

Most of you are well aware of the reasons and circumstances for bringing me and Mikhail Evseyev to criminal responsibility for our open opposition to the corrupt machine of the law enforcement agencies of the Komi Republic. The fight against "windmills" may seem like a hopeless campaign to some, but Misha and I succeed a lot. That is why the Komi authorities are ready to make a deal with terrorists in order to shut Mikhail Evseev's mouth!!!

After Misha and I were illegally convicted, we were sent to serve our sentences in a colony-settlement, where we had the right to unlimited visits, telephone conversations and free movement within the village.

But none of you knows that both of us are now in the BUR (high-security barrack) IK-31 in Mikun, and not in our colony-settlement. The two of us are kept in wild, inhuman conditions of the ShIZO (punitive isolation ward). Moreover, neither I nor Misha violated the PVR (house rules), we were not punished or held accountable. The light is on around the clock, the tap water (only cold) runs for one hour from 6 to 7 in the morning; walk in a concrete courtyard 2x3 meters with a grate overhead 20 minutes a day; the administration of the IC does not miss any transmissions; a meeting with a lawyer takes place in the presence of an employee of the colony. One joy is that the bunks are not fastened to the wall during the day. All this, of course, is terrible, but not so terrible compared to where Misha is being taken from this BUR!!!

Since August last year, Mikhail Evseev has been “suspected” of a number of especially serious crimes allegedly committed by him during his contract service in the Chechen Republic, where since March 2003 he worked as the head of a unit for combating terrorist crimes. Having worked out the contract, in June 2005 Mikhail left Chechnya and there were no questions for him until his video message to the President in November 2009. Currently, the leadership of the Investigative Committee of the ICR for the Republic of Kazakhstan (Lyzhin A.S., Ovsyannikov I.V.) openly intimidate Mikhail by transferring him to the Chechen Republic if he does not change his principled position about the facts of falsification of evidence known to him in the case of arson of the shopping center "Passage", according to which two innocent young men are illegally sentenced to life imprisonment.

The colony where we are now being held is a transit point for convicts sentenced to deprivation of liberty. The other day, employees of the TFR in the Republic of Kazakhstan came here, who informed Mikhail that he would be transferred to the Chechen pre-trial detention center in the near future!!! Lyzhin and Ovsyannikov made no secret of the fact that Misha could return from Chechnya only in a zinc coffin. Goosebumps ran down my back when I found out that according to the words of these valiant guardians of the law, the testimony they needed would be beaten out by torture !!! With a laugh, they said that if barbed wire in the colon does not help, then contemplating one's own intestines from a ripped open stomach is a fail-safe way to "know the truth" !!! I personally read the presentation of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic on awarding Mikhail state awards for the courage shown in the performance of his duties, including for the destruction of members of illegal gangs. Mikhail was twice wounded, shell-shocked. He honorably defended the foundations of the constitutional order of our state, which simply betrayed him. How many lives did this guy save, how many terrorist attacks did he prevent, how many wives and children were happy to see those who returned alive, thanks to fathers and husbands like Misha? Many, very many! Do not convey everything!!! In "gratitude" for this, the authorities drive him into Chechen captivity, into a zindan. And all this for the sake of the interests of a bunch of high-ranking bastards who want to sit in high chairs!!! Mikhail is “suspected” of kidnapping and murdering several Chechen terrorists who were directly related to gang leaders Shamil Basayev and Dok Umarov, who claimed responsibility for the brutal murder of A.K. Kadyrov, the seizure of a school in Beslan, explosions in the Lubyanka, at the Lubyanka and Gorky Park stations and at the Domodedovo airport.

No one is interested in the fact that at the time of service, the CTO regime was operating on the territory of the Chechen Republic, and operational work was carried out in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On the fight against terrorism”. They simply want to blame Misha for the murders of all the militants whose bodies, for obvious reasons, were not found during the period from 2002 to 2005. One of the episodes that Mikhail is charged with is the abduction and murder of T.V. Beksultanov, who went missing in April 2004. Beksultanov was on the international wanted list for committing more than a hundred terrorist attacks and killing law enforcement officers. Now, at the suggestion of the ICR, the corpse of this terrorist is being hung on Mikhail.

If we follow the logic of the accusations brought against Misha, it turns out that terrorists cannot be killed. Let them kill our loved ones and keep the whole country in fear. Are we ready to forgive them "Domodedovo", explosions in the metro, "Nord-Ost" and punish "to the fullest extent" of the law the Russian guy and the police officer who "wet" this carrion in the toilet?

I appeal to all of you with a cry for help!!! Assistance in the maximum possible publicity of the lawlessness of Komyatsky and Chechen TFR, sending Mikhail Evseev to certain death. If you are not indifferent to the fate of this guy who defended us, contact all possible government agencies, public and international organizations for his support. Otherwise, my next letter will be my request to remember him.

PS The bellboy just came into the cell and told Misha to get ready for the stage that will take place tonight. At 02:00 on March 19, 2011, Mikhail will be taken by train to the SIZO in Grozny or the temporary detention center of the Achkhoi-Martan OVD. This is a total f**k!!! I'm just asking for your help!!!
