Microsoft said that the phrase "App Store" and its words separately are too common to a trademark, and its registration will complicate competition among such online stores. To prove its correctness, Apple has led more than a dozen examples of USPTO trademarks, the names of which contain the word "Store", for example, "Paper Store" ("Paper Store", can be used to designate the stationery store).
