The Presidential Administration has no information about plans to build a parliamentary center on the site of the Rossiya Hotel, said department press secretary Viktor Khrekov.

Information appeared in the Russian media today that instead of the demolished hotel, a building will appear that will house the State Duma and the Federation Council.

Moreover, according to some reports, there has already been a decision in principle to build the Parliamentary Center on the embankment.

A similar project has been discussed for a long time, but so far no specific ideas have been voiced, Mikhail Moskvin-Tarkhanov, chairman of the commission on long-term development and urban planning in the Moscow City Duma, told Kommersant FM.
