published a resolution of the plenum on February 17 concerning various administrative offenses. In particular, the document explains the procedure for the courts to apply Art. 7.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO), which establishes liability for “the use of a federally owned non-residential property without properly executed documents.” This also applies to buildings of federal state unitary enterprises and federal government agencies, the rental of which requires the consent of the owner of federal property. The Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court believes that in the absence of the consent of the Federal Property Management Agency to lease such premises, tenants may be brought to administrative liability under Art. 7.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (fine in the amount of 20-30 thousand rubles). In addition, the resolution of the plenum consolidated the position of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court, according to which branded goods imported without the permission of the copyright holder (parallel import) cannot be considered counterfeit and confiscated under Art. 14.10 of the Administrative Code, rejecting the proposal of the Federal Customs Service. In return, the plenum proposes to fine parallel importers for unfair competition (Part 2 of Article 14.33 of the Administrative Code). has added the new Russian regional jet Sukhoi SuperJet 100 (SSJ 100) to its flight schedule from May 15 on the Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod route, a source at the airline said. The press service of Aeroflot and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft CJSC (manufacturer of the SSJ 100) refrained from commenting. The aircraft is designed to carry up to 98 passengers over a distance of up to 4.4 thousand km. The portfolio of firm orders for the SSJ 100 amounts to 170 aircraft, and 14 aircraft are planned to be produced in 2011. The first SSJ 100 is scheduled to be delivered to Armavia in April. NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine"

held a tender to select a company that will represent the interests of NJSC in the lawsuit against Rosukrenergo. It became White & Case LLP (France), the cost of the contract concluded on March 22 was $1.5 million. As stated in the tender documentation, referred to by the Ukrainian News newspaper, the arbitration institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (Sweden) will hold hearings in 2011 on dispute between Naftogaz and Rosukrenergo (RUE). The companies still have mutual claims regarding the fulfillment of previously concluded contracts for the purchase, transit and storage of gas. On June 8, 2010, the Stockholm Arbitration ordered Naftogaz to return 11 billion cubic meters of gas to RUE and provide an additional volume of gas in the amount of 1.1 billion cubic meters as a penalty for violating the terms of the contract. Unresolved issues, in particular, remain: the right of Rosukrenergo to pay interest related to the benefits received from the acquisition of NJSC without sufficient legal grounds for 11 billion cubic meters of gas worth $4.95 billion, as well as interest for late payment of NJSC penalties. According to Dealogic, according to the results of the first quarter of 2011, JP Morgan took part in M&A for a total amount of $216 billion, while Goldman Sachs - for $164 billion. However, in terms of the volume of commissions, Goldman Sachs retained the world leadership, earning $335 million in the first quarter from M&A compared to JP Morgan Chase's $304 million.
