The Spanish holding Grupo Antolin opened a plant for the production of auto components in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region. The volume of investment in the project is 14 million euros: half of the amount has already been implemented, another 7 million euros are planned to be invested in the development of production in 2011. The plant was located on the territory of the Utkina Zavod industrial zone in the Vsevolozhsk region. The production area is 11 thousand square meters. m, office space - 670 sq. m. The initial capacity of the enterprise is focused on the production of components for interior decoration of 2.5 thousand cars per day. In the future, it is expected to increase to 5 thousand per day.

According to the vice president, the plant in the Leningrad region will become the basis of a large project that Grupo Antolin plans to implement in Russia.

The initial stage of the enterprise's operation involves the production of door and ceiling panels. The production of parts for Hyundai and Skoda has now begun.
