The Leninsky District Court of Perm has set a date for preliminary court hearings in the criminal case against the former head of the regional department of the Federal Property Management Agency Leonid Li. As Kommersant was told in court, the hearings will begin on April 20. The trial will be conducted by judge Sergei Cheremnykh. Ruslan Ibragimov was appointed as the representative of the state prosecution from the regional prosecutor's office. A criminal case against Mr. Lee was opened in January 2010 by the Investigative Committee for the Perm Territory. According to investigators, the official exceeded his authority when leasing the land. The crime event occurred in February 2007. Then Mr. Lee leased a plot of land measuring 45 thousand square meters to one of the commercial companies. m, located on Karpinsky Street in Perm. Later, this plot was illegally sold to another company for 10 million rubles. At the same time, the actual cost of the site, according to the experts involved by the Investigative Committee, was 183 million rubles. Leonid Li does not admit his guilt in the charges brought against him. As Kommersant has already reported, the investigation suspected that Leonid Li exceeded his official authority when transferring a land plot in Perm at 115 Karpinsky Street to Accept-95 LLC, controlled by Vadim Zak, brother of Anatoly Zak, whom the investigation considers a co-owner of the Lame club horse". Previously, these lands were on the balance sheet of the Russian Ministry of Defense; in 2000, by order of the Deputy Minister of Defense, they were allowed to be transferred to civilian structures.
