The Congress of "Fair Russia" lifted the powers from the chairman of the party Sergey Mironov, who proposed to this post the head of the party faction in the State Duma of Nikolai Levichv.
According to Interfax , after this the question was raised about the election of Mironov as chairman of the Council of the Chamber of Deputies. Voting on the candidates of Levich and Mironov will be secret and will take place during the break of the congress meeting.
Mironov, motivating his decision about the candidacy of Levichv, noted that he knows this person for a very long time. “This is an experienced politician and an experienced organizer. We grew up in the same yard, studied in the same school and in the same class. He is distinguished by high erudition, he clearly defends the interests of the party and can successfully resolve all the conflicts that arise,” Mironov emphasized.
He noted that the results of a secret vote will become for him a "indicator of the level of the party’s trust in personally to me."
Mironov, speaking on Saturday at the congress, also said that the emblem of the party was modified. At the top it will be the letters SR, the mathematical sign "more", below fair Russia. This, as Mironov explained, is done so that the party’s emblem is immediately visible on the balloon.
Mironov also emphasized that the Council of the Chamber of Deputies will be elected for 2.5 years, as well as the chairman of the council and the chairman of the party. “Neither one nor the other can combine their duties,” he said. At the congress, the Central Council consisting of 184 people was elected.
Meanwhile, the representative of the "Fair Russia" leadership, the Vice Speaker of the State Duma, Alexander Babakov, called the personnel decisions made on Saturday at the party congress.
"Fair Russia" is mobilizing before the elections. Sergei Mironov will lead the party to the Duma, and the positions are not important here, ”he said on Saturday to reporters, commenting on Mironov’s resignation from the post of head of“ Fair Russia ”.
As the representative of Fair Russia emphasized, the party’s priorities do not change - "we have a socially oriented program, and we are consistent in protecting the rights of the poor, in the case of social protection and building a fair state."
Presidential candidate from ESERS will not support
The Fair Russia party in the presidential election will not support the candidate who will be nominated by United Russia, said Sergey Mironov, answering questions from journalists.
"The official position of our party is that we will not support the one whom United Russia will put forward in the presidential election. We are in a tough opposition to United Russia, and, accordingly, we will not be able to support the candidate from this party," Mironov emphasized.
He does not exclude the fact that "Fair Russia" will nominate its candidate. However, as Mironov explained, the final decision on the candidacy and in general on this issue will be determined at the party congress, which will be held in early autumn.
Kasyanov: Mironov is not an oppositionist
The co -chairman of the unregistered Party of People’s Freedom Mikhail Kasyanov considers the departure of the speaker of the Federation Council Sergey Mironov from the post of chairman of the Just Russia party by the election technical step.
“Of course, the successes of“ Fair Russia ”are small. It claims an element of opposition. In order to demonstrate this, all sorts of movements occur,” Kasyanov said on Saturday.
According to him, Mironov is not any opposition. "The issue of departure from the post of chairman of the party is exclusively a technical maneuver on the eve of the elections. In essence, nothing changes," Kasyanov noted.
He also noted that “fair Russia” was created only to simulate a multi -party system in the country.
Zyuganov: with Mironov "Fair Russia" will not win the election
The leader of the Communist Party and her parliamentary faction in the State Duma Gennady Zyuganov believes that Sergey Mironov’s departure from the post of chairman of “Fair Russia” indicates his inability to achieve serious results in the parliamentary elections.
“Everyone understands that with such luggage as Mironov, it is impossible to go to the upcoming Duma, and the presidential election, and therefore he is so smoothly led to the side,” Zyuganov said on Saturday, commenting on S. Mironov about his intention to leave his post. The leader of the Communist Party believes that Fair Russia will have a new leader for parliamentary elections. “Who will be the next leader will tell time,” said the Communist Party leader. According to him, the figure of the new leader of the "fair Russians" is not yet called.
All that is happening today in the party of Mironov, nothing more than the next deceit of voters, Zyuganov is sure. According to him, nothing has actually changed in the party, and "it remains precisely the political structure that, together with" United Russia "," continues the pernicious course, led the country to a severe crisis. "
“It is necessary to look for a way out of the situation not along this path, but on the path of honest elections, an open dialogue, a public discussion of all political forces, comparison of their teams and programs,” said the Communist Party leader. In the meantime, he added, what is happening around the rotation of personnel in "Fair Russia" "Shito with white threads."
However, Zyuganov believes, these personnel decisions are quite expected. “I said for a long time: look at my comments that in April Mironov will leave the post of head of the party,” he recalled.
However, all attempts to use these personnel decisions in order to overtake the Communist Party in the elections are doomed to failure, Zyuganov is sure.
In turn, the leader of Yabloko Sergey Mitrokhin, commenting on Mironov’s decision, suggested that "most likely he was just tired, and this is the main human reason."
“But on the other hand, he may want to share responsibility if his party performs in the election unsuccessfully,” Mitrokhin added.
Meanwhile, the co -chair of the “right -handed” Leonid Gozman suggested that, “in all likelihood, Iran does not give the authorities of peace.” “There is a national leader who is more important than the president. That is, there are formal leading structures, and the real bosses are others,” Gozman explained.
“So Mironov wanted to go there. But in any case, in relation to“ Fair Russia ”, this does not matter, because this party does not solve anything,” he said.
Pavlovsky: Mironov releases a place for presidential candidate
The President of the Effective Policy Fund, Gleb, Pavlovsky, believes that Sergey Mironov may have two reasons for changing the status in Fair Russia.
“On the one hand, this is a clear result of a series of party failures, including the last spring elections. But the main failure is that he could not, or maybe he was simply not given a strong part,” Pavlovsky said on Saturday Interfax.
"And the second aspect means that Mironov does not go to the presidential election and, apparently, exempted a place for some stronger figure at the head of the party," Pavlovsky added.
He noted that "Still, Mironov is quite a pleasant figure, but he could not work with the media, with voters."
Zhirinovsky: "He was ashamed of voters"
The Vice Speaker of the State Duma, the leader of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky believes that Mironov did the right thing, declaring his resignation from the post of chairman of “Fair Russia”.
Socialist -Revolutionary leader Sergei Mironov said on Saturday that he was leaving the post of party chairman, and recommends that the Socialist Revolutionary Congress be appointed by the head of the party head of the faction in the State Duma of Nikolai Levichv.
“He was ashamed to say to voters that they were an opposition party,” said RIA Novosti Zhirinovsky on Saturday.
He recalled that the Socialist -Revolutionaries repeatedly supported the initiatives of United Russia, and nominated the same presidential candidate.
According to the leader of the LDPR, the Socialist -Revolutionaries could not fulfill the main task assigned to them: "Their goal was to remove the Communist Party, and the Communists, on the contrary, were strengthened."
Zhirinovsky with irony refers to Mironov’s statement that the Socialist Revolutionaries will propose their candidacy in the 2012 presidential election. “This party must be dissolved in general, this is an extra political link, and they will never be able to win either the parliamentary or the presidential election, their candidate will not receive anything,” Zhirinovsky noted.
