Kommersant interviewed the head of the department of President Vladimir Kozhin. Other media noted him, alas, in Kutz. They cite Kozhin's reasoning about the extent to which UDP (probably, you can afford such an abbreviation) is connected with the palace in Gelendzhik. But this is unfair, because Kozhin is beautiful even in a retelling, which will now follow. First of all, at the expense of the workshop of work with different words of Kozhin himself. At least about flashing lights: "If you travel with her five times back and forth, you will not be better from it. This is constant stress for the driver and for the passenger. He beats the brain like a hammer, neither think nor read, quarrels, quarrels."
In fact, it is curious how much the president’s affairs were material. Not surprising, but at the same time, the conversation about them immediately receives a style suitable even for Life.ru (power, her material circumstances, rumors). Of course, the interviewers (Korobov, O. Kashin), who ask, for example, the following question: “Your name sounded in a scandalous context during the trial in the lawsuit of Gennady Timchenko against Boris Nemtsov, that Mr. Timchenko was friends with Vladimir Putin, was also contributing to this. Timchenko and State Duma deputy Alina Kabaeva flew through Prague from Moscow to Sochi to Vladimir Putin.
Of course, there would be photos of the mentioned persons, but the format is still not the same. Well, since the question is given, then the essential part of the answer: "And where I flew, with whom I flew and what is still a private life. And if someone dragged something somewhere, found something-well, to health."
One must think, reporters here triumphed, because you can judge and so that Kozhin confirmed everything. But we are not talking about them, but about the fact that something vaguely familiar arose here-is it not a Civil Code, albeit in a diluted form? Although why in diluted, when these lovely are already: "Neither think nor read, quarrels, quarrels."
In a word, Kozhin should work more often - and he clearly does not refuse to talk about everything. For example, that’s what he was asked about: "I would like to know your point of view about the burial of Lenin's body."
In general, there is a breakthrough in this: since the Mausoleum is the property of the UDP, it is logical that Lenin himself, together with the sarcophagus, is also part of the inventory inventory of the UDP. Answer: "This, of course, must be a political decision. And it will be made by the political leadership of the country. When - I can’t tell you this. There were no instructions on this subject."
This is not the best of Kozhin’s replicas, which, perhaps, did not count on such a question. But he, in general, admits a situation where a political decision is made and locally communicates in the UDP, which immediately implements it. Immediately, at the same time, the head of the UDP had to speak out on the following topic: "When Boris Yeltsin died, the question arose of how to bury the leader of the state, and at that moment the development of this ceremony began. It ended?"
Well, in general, it did not end, because it will be developed when the Ministry of Defense finishes its memorial complex in the suburbs. But the breadth of the orality of the assertions is evident. Moreover, then: “When the president was in Switzerland, local newspapers laughed at how noisy and dirty the Russian president had a plane, and that if it was not about the head of state, they would simply not let the plane into Europe. Why is the president’s plane with just such Russian -made engines?”
Reporters still work beautifully: “Local newspapers laughed at that,” but the borders of the UDP liability apply even to what engines the president’s plane is equipped: “I completely disagree with this. We cannot have“ dirty ”aircraft by definition.” It is worth the story that the aircraft are certified, although "we had to get two new Tu-214 aircraft two years ago, but only now we started to receive them. But life is not worth it, we need to fly, we need to rule the country." After all, the slogan is also: "We need to fly, it is necessary to rule the country."
There was also a question about why they sold the Schuisk Chupa residence. The answer is because there you can only catch fish and play tennis. Then, again from the Life -Lifnyus genre, about the head of the Federation of the Federation Fund, Vladimir Kiselev: "He headed the FSUE" Kremlin "for many years, is considered a person close to you." The response of intimacy was refused ("we were connected by a general acquaintance on Leningrad and all").
Finally, the word “rumors” is finally affirmed: “There are many rumors about another of your object-the White House. They say that on the fifth“ Premier ”floor there is a swimming pool, and about the restaurant on the 11th floor they say that it belongs to the restaurateur Arkady Novikov, who somehow could take a premises in the Government House.”
The answer there is boring-the pool cannot be built, heavy, but "as for the restaurant Arkady Novikov-this is also not true, it has many restaurants in Moscow, good and delicious, but there is no in the White House. There is a restaurant on the 11th floor, and it is leased with another restaurateur, but from St. Petersburg-Evgeny Prigozhin." Here is a great dialogue:
- How do you technically rent a premises in the government house?
- Well, how - he repaired and now serves.
- That is, if I come to the White House and want to rent an office there, will they give it to me?
- And there are no more free premises there.
For the order again about the flashing lights, there was a general philosophical part: “If we talk about this problem as a whole, I am absolutely sure that every day a road traffic will be with this flashing light - this is not an urgent problem of the country and not even the problem of Moscow. If we are now going to the car and go to the Biryulyovo or Zhulebino area, whether this problem is concerned, I think, I think, I think that we hear the obvious Answer: Go, guys, I have other problems.
In general, the head of the UDP has a constant feeling of the needs of the country. That is, he coolly filters problems that are not urgent. Regarding Lenin’s burial, he also said: "I think that if we talk about today, this is not an urgent problem in Russia, without a solution to which we cannot move further."
That's how everything is interesting, and for some reason they took only the theme of the palace from this media. However, it is from questions (three) on this subject that the meeting begins. Immediately from them, without a run (or, conversely, just from the run): “Probably the most scandalous episode in which the business management appears, is the so -called“ South ”project, a residence in Gelendzhik. Do you have a relationship to this, what is the residence, what is its status?”
Also, by the way, the yellow words "scandalous episode". And so, Kozhin was ready for this scandalous topic, and this position in the interview (in the first place) reports, perhaps (well, if you think about it) that this point was the reason. Well, in fact, there was some reason to give an interview? It is not then to find out his attitude to Lenin and even to the Chui shupe (or vice versa?)? In a word, about Gelendzhik such a scheme: "I have already said and I can repeat that the management of the President of the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation to this project in terms of its construction and creation did not have, and will not have." But when investors came, the UDP got some kind of share. Interested by details - this is what the heart calmed down:
- Investors are the same businessman Sergey Kolesnikov from the Lake Cooperative, who was the first to say that the palace is being built for Mr. Putin?
- No, it was a company.
- The company "Petromed" in which this businessman worked?
- No. An investment agreement was signed with Lirus OJSC. Who is there in the founders, who came from from - I do not comment on, we had dozens and dozens of such agreements ...
In general, "at the end of 2008, the investment agreement was terminated, the procedure was completed, we parted with the investor on this. He took the land plot for rent at the Federal Property Management Agency. What did he do there, what he re -profiled by that initial project - I no longer know."
