Evgeny Roizman is a poet, deputy of the State Duma of the 4th convocation, director of the City without drugs.

Over the past 10 years, the number of Russians registered as patients with drug addiction has increased by almost 60%. The acuteness of the problem is such that the Russian Security Council recently devoted her to her. The state is trying to fight drug addiction, the traditional structures of civil society that use world experience are trying to fight. On the wake of the struggle, new associations arose, famous for radicalism of funds. To someone they seem to be salvation from trouble, which cannot be defeated with traditional methods, someone reminds of the methods of fascists.

Fight drug addiction or drug addicts? How to solve the problem of drugs so that the solution is not worse than the problem itself? We will talk about this with Evgeny Roizman, president of one of the most famous structures specializing in radical methods of struggle - the city without drugs.
