Three police officers torture were knocked out of the innocent confession of the murder near Samara

In the Samara region, police detained three of their colleagues, who are suspected of torture by the detainee. For the sake of good statistics and the implementation of the plan, the zealous law enforcement officers knocked out confessions from the innocent. Unable to withstand bullying, the victim "confessed" the murder.

The investigative department of the city of Syzran opened a criminal case against the 32-year-old police major and two senior lieutenants of the Ministry of Internal Affairs aged 25 and 27 years. All of them are officers of the criminal investigation department of the police department of the Syzran Internal Affairs Directorate, the official website of the Investigative Department of the Samara Region reports.

According to the investigation, on April 14, 2011, a man with signs of violent death was discovered on a personal plot of one of the houses on the street of Obsktsovskaya.

The very next day, law enforcement officers detained a man whom they decided to make the suspect. "During the operational-search measures in the indicated criminal case," the police used physical force to him. Thus, they hoped to “get grateful explanations” and achieve a confession “in order to increase the indicators of disclosed crimes”.

As a result, the innocent citizen subjected to sophisticated tortures: on his hands, the police fastened the handcuffs, put a gas mask on his head and alternately blocked oxygen access. At the same time, officers struck their hands in the head area and on various parts of the victim’s body. Unable to withstand the bullying of the police, a resident of Syzran confirmed his involvement in the murder.

"At present, investigative actions and operational-search measures are being carried out, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed," the press release said.

The investigation of the criminal case continues. Destroyed sadists in uniform were charged with clause "A" part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of authority, using special funds and violence).
