Sloy-2011 loyal youth will cost the state in a record 178 million rubles, which is almost twice as much as the last two years, the Vedomosti newspaper reports on Friday. The public procurement website has already posted 15 large competitions.

According to the site, the money will go to the sanitary and hygienic rally equipment, centralized power supply, the preparation of instructors, the installation of tent structures, stationery, branded products-badges, banners and other forum symbols, development of training programs and sports and tourist events.

Meanwhile, in previous years, a significantly less was spent on the forum - in 2010 a little more than 100 million rubles, and in 2009 - 90 million. It is worth noting that the current forum is held in the pre -election year, which, perhaps, explains the scope of financing.

Earlier, Gazeta.Ru covered in detail the costs of expenses that Rosmolodezh planned to cover at the expense of state funds in Seliger. However, then, two weeks ago, the amount was indicated only in 115.5 million budget rubles.

Last year, about 10 million dollars for the event was allocated by the president of ONEXIM Mikhail Prokhorov, recalls Finams.ru . However, Seliger-2011 may be left without private sponsors.

As for visiting the forum by high guests represented by President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is not yet known. The Seliger youth educational forum is held in the Tver region, on the shore of the lake of the same name, annually, since 2005. The current rally will be held from July 1 to August 2 in four shifts, about 20 thousand participants are planned to be attended, “relevant comments” report.

This year, the forum will not have a single mandatory event, but each participant will have to independently draw up a program of his stay at the forum and fulfill it.
