
Sberbank provided a loan of 373.6 million dollars of Nazvanie.net (former Mirax Corporation) for the completion of the Basy Tower of the Federation Business Complex in the MMDC Moscow City, the press service of the largest Russian bank said.
"The loan will be provided to the company with three tranches for three years. The first tranche received in May 2011 was aimed at refinancing loans issued by Alfa-Bank-Bank and Project Financing in 2009-2010. Thus, the company fully fulfilled its obligations before these financial institutions," the press release says.
The next tranche of Sberbank will be resumed by the construction of the Tower of the Federation.
As RIA Novosti recalls, earlier the representative of Sberbank said that $ 90 million from the loan provided to refinancing the Mirax debt to Alfa-Bank debt.
The fact that Sberbank is ready to give a Mirax loan with a volume of $ 370 million to complete the construction of the Bashnya Business Complex, it became known in early February. The delay in providing a loan was associated with the need to complete negotiations on the restructuring of the company's debt to Alfa-Bank.

At the same time, the company promised to fulfill all the obligations to complete the objects - the Federation Tower in Moscow -City, the Wellhouse residential complex, the fifth corps of the Miracs Park residential complex, the Kutuzovskaya mile project (taking into account the Fort Kutuzov complex), the Parking of the Kutuzovsky Riviera and Wellhouse residential complex. According to Mirax, the main debt of the company in 2010 was equal to $ 593 million - this is a debt to banks ($ 203 million) and CLN obligations ($ 307 million) and ruble bonds ($ 83 million).
