The Presidential Affairs Management will not pay compensation on the pre -trial order Elena Yarosh, who recently was officially recognized as the victim in an accident with the participation of the Monk President of the Russian Federation in the State Duma of Harry Minh in January of this year.

At the same time, Khrekov emphasized that the appeal of a woman who suffered in an accident will necessarily be considered.

Earlier, Olga Gonina, lawyer Yarosh, said that she hoped to resolve the issue of compensation for the harm to her client in pre -trial order. "At the moment, we get acquainted with the case file and prepare pre -trial compensation requirements for managing the affairs of the President of the Russian Federation," said Gonina.

According to her, these requirements will include both material and moral compensation. The lawyer noted that if it is not possible to agree, they will have to apply to the court with claims.

On May 17, Yarosh was officially recognized as the victim in the criminal case of an accident on the Rublevo-Uspenskoye Shosse, said Evgeny Gildeev, head of the information and public relations department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region. According to him, "the basis for recognizing her victim was the results of the next examination."

On January 19, 2011, an accident occurred on the Rublevo-Uspensky Highway in the area of ​​the village of Razdor with the participation of the official BMW of the President of the Russian Federation in the State Duma Harry Minh. The driver of the car Vladimir Shugaev died at the scene. Another participant in the accident - Elena Yarosh, who drove the oncoming car Opel Astra, was hospitalized with numerous fractures and a concussion.
