Medvedev requires a deferment from a call for school graduates

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev instructed the head of the Ministry of Defense to Anatoly Serdyukov and the Minister of Education Andrei Fursenko to prepare proposals related to the recruitment of calls for graduates of schools.

According to the Kremlin’s press service, we are talking about a deferment of military service “to persons who have reached the age of age who graduated from educational institutions of secondary (complete) general education, in order to ensure the possibility of a single reckoning in educational institutions of higher professional education in the year of completion of secondary (complete) general education.”

At the same time, as noted by the head of the Military College of Russian Lawyers Vladimir Trignin in an interview with the RSN , they will most likely not have time to correct the law: there is little time. “Amendments to the law should be published, must enter into legal force, and those in respect of which the decision has already been made, who has reached the age of 18, will definitely not affect the innovations. Already now there are a lot of guys with summons for sending, ”says Trignin.
