The organizers want to know, if not everything, then a lot about the participant: they need to indicate passport details, place of actual residence, date of birth, telephone number, place of work and study (the mother’s maiden name may not be indicated). In addition, you need to attach a photo of yourself for the badge, as well as present materials from your essay published in the media, and provide a link to your most popular video posted on the YouTube video hosting site. Here the requirements are the same for everyone.

Differences arise when it comes to the requirements for participants in specialized shifts. In fact, a young musical talent who is about to go to the Art Parade should not necessarily be interested in politics. Young politicians, in turn, may have no idea what is going on in the world of electronic music.

The book by Pavel Danilin, who calls himself a special propagandist , and former member of the banned NBP Artem Akopyan tells the story of former Deputy Prime Minister and now oppositionist Boris Nemtsov. The title echoes the revealing reports of the hero of the story - " Luzhkov. Results ", which was published by the Eksmo publishing house after the resignation of the mayor of Moscow, and " Putin. Results. 10 years " (so far published only by the politician himself). In his work, Danilin, in particular, claims that Nemtsov was associated with organized crime.

In addition to writing an essay, there are two requirements for participants in the Politics shift. First, you need to show your blog, which has been maintained for at least two months (the number of entries and their frequency are not specified). Secondly, and most labor-intensively, you need to provide evidence of your successful activities. You can choose to show a document confirming “the collection of a fine from the culprit, arrest, closure of the store, cessation of illegal activities, or the culprit publicly acknowledging the problem and promising not to break the law again.” This, apparently, concerns the direction of "Piggy, against!" - a movement of the same name fights against entrepreneurs selling expired products.
