This law was adopted by the Duma, approved by the Federation Council and signed by you. But it is impossible to initiate a criminal case against all of you (consulted with lawyers). You and the deputies have immunity. And even when your powers end, it will not be possible to hold you accountable for what you did during the immunity period.
The criminal law, on the contrary, looks very good.

The law lists everything that causes unconditional harm to the child's psyche, causes incurable mental trauma to children.

Why do you personally, who value every word of yours so highly (it even seems to you that your words are cast in granite; apparently, the popular Soviet book “Granite does not melt” did not come across to you in childhood), why even you did not tell the children and all the people from the screen what a wonderful law they signed - just a gift for the New Year.
And I read up to article 23 - and I understood.
At first he swore obscenities (away from children's ears), and then, already in the normative vocabulary, he wrote you a letter on January 11th.
And - again silence. No reaction. Perhaps, we think, the president is still on skis, not yet in the Kremlin.
On January 17, when all the New Years and holidays were over, MK printed the following letter to the president (you) about the same law.
It was called " Ears pawned ?". And the first question asked was: "Mr. President, didn't you receive the last letter?"
You see, there was still hope that, having learned about what was happening, you would immediately correct the mistake.
This hope was based on your own words. Speaking on three TV channels at once (December 24, 2010), you said: “The government must hear what citizens say to it. If something is done that creates problems, it’s not a sin to fix it.”

And you are not alone.
To our amazement, almost no one knows about this law.

And the cruel young (teenagers from 10 to 17) - they are not looking for Caucasians. They torture and kill their own - anyone - who turns up.

Dear fellow journalists, publications do not influence the authorities. She does not hear until a topic (even a very important one) is raised by one newspaper, one radio station ... But when society demands something, when the Internet, Manezhnaya, Triumphalnaya are boiling, then our government immediately notices what is happening. Moreover, they have elections ahead of them.
