And if you try to understand the real costs of RIKVEST-Service LLC for washing 1 kg of linen (energy, water, sewage, wages, taxes, etc.), this is impossible to do, since the branches of enterprises are usually located in the territory of Russian Railways, connected to the same power sources and are often formalized through outsourcing agreements. Competitors simply do not allow competitors here: either they ignore commercial washing offers, which are lower in price, or offer to work for a penny, for a monopolist who takes on the functions of an intermediary. Secondly, as evidenced by the experience of servicing army and naval units, this closed scheme makes it possible to unlimited maneuver for, let's say, overstating volumes. Simply put, these are banal postscribes. And such a scheme is beneficial to everyone: from the officials of Voentorg in Moscow, “managing” the budget, to the warrant officers of the clothing warehouses in the Far East, “composing” fake acts. The injured parties are state treasury and ordinary consumers. Because local laundries can soon cease to exist and one monopolist will remain in the market. What is threatening all consumers of services, there is no need to explain the needs.

Wipe away 500 million
