Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich says that he does not intend to join the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF), created on the initiative of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, even if he is called there, Interfax reports.
“I won’t come, even if there is an offer,” Dvorkovich wrote on his microblog on Twitter, answering the question of one of the bloggers from Togliatti. A little earlier, Dvorkovich posted there a link to the article in the newspaper Vedomosti , which writes that businessmen from the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) were recorded in the ONF without even asking their opinions. “Interesting ... businessmen, without asking, were recorded in the Putin Front,” Medvedev’s assistant comments on the publication.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called the RSPP among public organizations that had already joined the Putin Front. However, as the publication was higher, this statement is premature. RSPP President Alexander Shokhin is really a member of the ONF coordination council. "However, according to clause 10 of Article 8.15 of the RSPP charter, the decision to include the RSPP in the front (other organization) must make the Bureau of the Board (26 people in it) by full -time or absentee voting, but nothing of the kind happened, the newspaper notes.
Arkady Dvorkovich, who opposed the entry into the ONF, is also not a "public organization." As, however, the businessman Mikhail Prokhorov , who is expected, will be approved on June 25 as the leader of the Party of the “right business” and who also refused to join the All -Russian Popular Front, the Polit.ru website notes.
“Each member of the RSPP can make the decision to join the front; I have not received invitations,” the RSPP David Jacobashvili bureau told Vedomosti. “But there were no discussions, the Bureau of the Board of the RSPP on the topic of entry.” Several members of the RSPP expressed the opinion that Shokhin entered the front on its own, but there can be no conversation about membership in the RSPP as an organization in ONF. This is political activity, we will be a side of it, one of the members of the bureau explained to the publication.
On the eve of the meeting with Vladimir Putin on May 12, Shokhin sent the bureau the text of the front declaration, inviting them to express his thoughts, says a member of the bureau. However, the four interlocutors of the newspaper said that they did not receive letters. The RSPP office reported that the letter was sent to all members of the bureau, but the response was not received from some businessmen.
The Vice President of the RSPP Igor Jurgens received a letter and in the response recommended that Shokhin not sign the text of the declaration - "at least from the RSPP." There was no vote, Jurgens is amazed, the organization entered into a different organization without a decision of the bureau - nonsense.
Shokhin himself refused to answer questions of the publication: "This is a procedural bureaucracy, I am not interested in discussing this."
