The court of the Irkutsk region acquitted a teenager who has beaten teacher

The Shelekhovsky City Court of the Irkutsk Region justified the teenager accused of beating a physical education teacher born in 1937, reports today, June, the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia. The victim will appeal this court decision. The investigation claims that the student’s fault is fully proved.

Recall that in March 2010, a video shot on a mobile phone camera appeared on the Internet. It shows how several schoolchildren are beaten by the teacher. As it turned out, the bullying continued for three months, teachers knew about this, but the school leadership forbade the excavation of the IC from the hut.

With the advent of the video on the network, history received publicity. The principals of school No. 1 of the city of Shelekhov, where everything happened, was removed from his post. Subsequently, a criminal case was brought against her. The Department of Education, Youth Policy and Sports of the Shelekhovsky district sent a statement to the police on the fact of beating a teacher. Meanwhile, the parents of adolescents claimed that the teacher (who then got into the psychiatric department of one of the clinics of Irkutsk) herself was engaged in assault.

The accused in the criminal case was now held by a former student of the Shelekhov school, who was already 4 at the time of the proceedings. His “beating friends” who have not reached the age of criminal liability, escaped with reprimands with the introduction into a personal file. According to the Investigative Committee, they were registered with the juvenile inspectorate, and their parents were brought to administrative responsibility.
