Citizens of Russia got the opportunity to join the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF), the creation of which was initiated by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. Since Tuesday, June 7, a section appeared on the website of the Prime Minister, giving such an opportunity to any desire for a Russian.
This requires filling out a questionnaire that looks like profiles of popular social networks, for example, VKontakte or Odnoklassniki. It is necessary to indicate personal data in it - name, surname, as well as answer questions about education, social status and indicate the home address of the future member of the ONF. These columns are mandatory.
In the columns "Social Regulation" and "Education" are offered answers to the choice, and if you do not particularly pure education, then it is proposed to choose social status from 19 options. They are located in alphabet, so that the homeless is proudly in the first place - ("without a specific place of residence"), immediately followed by "unemployed". There was a place for the "prisoner".
In particular, the journalist of "Echo of Moscow" Vladimir Bartholomeev drew attention to this list, in particular. In his blog in LiveJournal, he was not too lazy to publish a screenshot, where the "homeless" and "prisoner" are emphasized by red. The bloggers in the comments on this post recalled the "main prisoners" of the country - Khodorkovsky and Lebedev, jokingly assuming that this option was inscribed for them.
People’s fantasy immediately stuck, people vying began to offer their options - “crazy”, “dead”, “pets and cattle” ... One blogger, operating with an expression of Alexei Navalny, popular in the rune of Alexei Navalny, that “everything is in mind: a batch of crooks and thieves (“ United Russia ”in the definition of Navalny - approx. Ed.) homeless people ".
Recall that Putin explained his initiative by the desire to unite "supporters of the country's development" on the eve of the parliamentary and presidential elections. According to him, joining the ONF will even help non -partisan use the resources of United Russia and go to the State Duma according to its lists in the December parliamentary elections. At the same time, at first it was about organizations, for example, about trade unions and youth movements, but then it was also decided to accept all coming citizens separately to the People’s Front.
As Prime Minister Dmitry Peskov explained, this decision was made after numerous appeals of Russians who were not included in public associations. Those who do not have the Internet can sign up for ONF through Putin's public reception.
At the same time, according to Peskov, citizens who joined the ONF will not have "some kind of crust" confirming membership. But they get the opportunity to work in ONF, including directing their ideas and sentences, in personal quality. They will also open access to the electronic capabilities of United Russia.
Peskov also reported that joining the ONF would not be limited to any deadlines. Applications will be viewed by the Coordination Council or the headquarters of the ONF. According to the ONF headquarters, the list of front members will be available in open mode.
On June 1, it was reported that the ONF included 16 all -Russian organizations and 429 regional, interregional and local organizations. In addition, as Peskov reported, Putin also received from 173 organizations an application for joining the Popular Front, which will be considered.
It is assumed that not only members of the party, but also non -partisan supporters of the EP should participate in the procedure for selecting candidates for elections to the State Duma. United Russia promised them 150 out of 600 seats in the upcoming elections in December.
Meanwhile, the process of replenishing the Popular Front was already marked with incidents. In particular, the Khabarovsk branch of the United Russia party announced that the ONF was already supported by the 9 largest organizations of the region, the ranks of which include about 500 thousand people, which, according to the census, is almost the entire population of Khabarovsk. As the media noted, it turns out that a third of the population of the Khabarovsk Territory, including infants and elderly, are recorded in the ranks of the front.
