In addition, the approval of interrelated transactions, the value of which amounts to more than 5% of the book value of SIBUR-Holding's assets, will be submitted for consideration by the board of directors, in particular, the conclusion of an agreement on the obligations of sponsors and an agreement on the pledge of shares in the authorized capital of RusVinyl.

Among the issues under consideration are also the acquisition of bonds of ZAO SIBUR-Holding series 02, 03, 04, 05 from their owners and the convening of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of SIBUR-Holding.

SIBUR produces more than 2 thousand types of products.
