Novak Djokovic for the first time in his career won Wimbledon

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, winning in two and a half hours of the Spaniard Rafael Nadal in the final match of Wimbledon with a score of 6: 4, 6: 1, 1: 6, 6: 3, won the third title in the big helmet tournaments in his career.

The Serbian tennis player for the fifth time beat Nadal this season, but in terms of the total number of victories in personal meetings, he is still inferior to the Spaniard - 12:16. In general, this year only Roger Federer has managed to beat Djokovic in the Roland Garros semifinal.

According to the results of the Wimbledon tournament, the Serb will lead the Atp rating, and for the first time since February 2004 the rating will not be headed by Federer or Nadal. The advantage of a 24-year-old native of Belgrade over the Spaniard will be 2015 points.

For the first time in his career, Djokovic became the winner of Wimbledon, earlier from a large helmet tournaments, only Australian Open (2008, 2011) submitted to him.
