In addition, law enforcement officers found that after the tooth was removed, Lyudmila Koreshnikova, without authority, took the standard form of the contract for the provision of services, with the affected seal and the signature of the director - Nina Kuznetsova, filled it, set it up an arbitrary number and took 150 rubles from the girl without providing a check. No medical documents were instituted for the girl.
