In Kamchatka, after checking the departure of the Yak-40, several criminal cases were instituted outside the runway

In Kamchatka, an investigation of the incident was completed with the exit of the Yak-40 flight aircraft outside the runway during acceleration on take-off. As Interfax was informed in the Kamchatka transport prosecutor’s office, several criminal cases were instituted according to the results of the investigation.

As the prosecutor’s commission established, the incident occurred due to the excess of the maximum permissible take -off mass of the aircraft for flight conditions; inconsistencies of the value of the total take -off of the engine with the requirements of technical conditions; low -quality preparation of the crew for departure.

In addition, the prosecutor’s office also noted, the fact of transportation on an airport from the airports of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Ust-Kamchatka of unformed passengers and facts of violation of registration of airports flying from these airports were also revealed.

As it became known, according to the results of the investigation, the captain of the aircraft was fined 2 thousand rubles, and the officials of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka airline and the federal organization "Kamchatka Airports" were brought to disciplinary liability.

The prosecutor's office also managed to identify facts of fraud with air tickets. A criminal case has been instituted against the yet established circle of people under the article "Fraud", the department said. It was established that after two passengers after a pre -flight inspection, the airport employees illegally took away tickets, while the people themselves were still put aboard the aircraft. After that, the airport employees handed over tickets to the cashier and received money in return.

Currently, investigative measures are ongoing, the names of employees are being established. It is possible that subsequently they can be brought to criminal liability under Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud).

The incident occurred in April 2010 in Ust Kamchatka. The aircraft "Petropavlovsk -Kamchatka airline" operated on the route Petropavlovsk - Osor. Due to the bad weather at the destination, the plane landed at the Ust-Kamchatsk airport, after which the crew commander decided to return to the capital of Kamchatka.

When accelerating during take -off, the plane drove outside the strip and fell on the wing. None of the 26 passengers, including one child, and five crew members were injured.
