A monument to Stalin will open in Penza

In Penza, a monument to Joseph Stalin will be erected. According to Echo of Moscow, a concrete bust in the form of the Generalissimo will appear near the building of the regional committee of the Communist Party. The monument will be erected on a granite pedestal on Darwin Street.

The initiators of the creation of the monument were Penza Communists. They collected money for manufacturing and installation. According to the first secretary of the regional party committee of George Kamnev, people donated from 10 rubles to 10 thousand a bust of the leader, so the monument turned out to be "truly folk." They made a bust in North Ossetia.

The Communist Party reported that the appearance of concrete Stalin was preceded by repeated requests of veterans, rear workers and patriotic-decorated Penza. They made a bust in North Ossetia, from where they then delivered to Penza.

In May 2010, Stalin’s plaster was established in Tambov, painted with gold paint. The monument located on a one and a half meter pedestal was erected on the territory of the auto parts store.
