According to MICEX data on trading in the negotiated transactions mode, at the end of the trading day on Tuesday, the price per share of the Utinet.ru Platform was 193.05 rubles with a trading volume of 342,840 for a total of 66.3 million rubles.

According to an informed source, the company's shareholders placed 2 million shares (10% of the authorized capital). Thus, the company raised about 390 million rubles, and its capitalization amounted to about 3.9 billion rubles (excluding future additional issue).

The order book for Utinet.ru Platform shares as part of the IPO was oversubscribed by 2.7 times at the upper limit.

It was previously reported that after the IPO, Platform Utinet.ru will place an additional issue of 2 million shares by private subscription in favor of the main shareholder (51%) - IQ One holding. Thus, the funds raised during the IPO will go to the company.

The authorized capital of the Utinet.ru Platform consists of 20 million ordinary shares with a par value of 0.1 rubles. As a result of the additional issue, the number of shares will increase to 22 million. Thus, the company's free float will amount to 9.1% of the increased authorized capital, and the share of IQ One will be diluted to 46.3%.

"Utinet" specializes in the field of online trade in computer and household appliances. The company will use the funds raised during the IPO to promote the brand, develop technologies in the field of searching for goods and services, sales schemes in new high-margin product segments, active expansion into the regions, etc. The company's investment program until 2014 is $50 million.
