The motive for reprisals against 32-year-old Dmitry Ivanov, according to investigators, was not even a desire to hide the fact of treason and love connection, but the desire to take possession of his apartment.

As follows from the materials of the criminal case, the crime was committed on October 23, 2009 in one of the apartments of the house No. 10, building 2, according to Krasrovsky Prospekt. At first, the attackers drove Dmitry with alcohol, and then the wife made him intramuscular injection of sleeping pills. After that, Boykov tried to strangle Ivanov, and then inflicted stab wounds in his head and chest with a kitchen knife. Then the lovers, jointly, dismembered the victim with a black-haired saw.

The murderers were taken out in parts for a week in parts and put in garbage colleagues located in various courtyards of the microdistrict for a week. And the criminals drowned their heads on the territory of the Yesenin Park in the Okkervil River. Later she was discovered there divers.

The mother of the murdered Dmitry Ivanov also did not suspect at first that his wife had dealt with her son. The pensioner even involuntarily participated in the concealment of evidence.

“I (the killers) myself gave these packages (for garbage),” Irina Ivanova recalls. “I work in the cleaning area, they remained unnecessary. They are strong, good. If I knew that they would use them like that.”

Even experienced investigators were shocked by the murder. The investigators found Dmitry’s blood traces and fragments of bones throughout the apartment, stuck in a fan pipe in the bathroom.

“I have been working for thirty years, I have never seen this,” says the investigator. “By stupidity and cruelty, this murder was not equal.”

The mother -in -law brought the killer to clean water

Evgenia Lingert and Dmitry Ivanov lived together as many as thirteen years after they met in the village in the Tver region. However, the parents of Dmitry did not like the daughter -in -law, writes the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda .

Once, the husband of Evgenia called his mother late in the evening and said that he "caught her home with her lover." Since October 23, Irina Ivanova could not get through to her son either by the city phone or by cell phone. He left the house and did not return."

Immediately after that, the grandmother of Toli began the active search for his father. This is what helped to reveal the crime.

The woman first wrote a statement to the police. She personally seized the attics and cellars, hung up the photographs with the inscription "Watch" on all the surroundings and even surrounded the windows of the apartment. At first she was alert that the windows of one of the rooms were open around the clock. Then it turned out that a stranger named Vitaly was putting their own grandson to kindergarten. And the daughter-in-law behaves suspiciously at all: he does not seek her husband and for some reason breaks out ads on the search from the porches.

The police found irrefutable evidence against lovers in the apartment itself, where Dmitry was killed. However, at one of the interrogations, Vitaly admitted that they and his mistress simply did not have time to cover the tracks. “Everything was revealed because of her greed. If she had not spared the money, we would have made repairs before the New Year, and no one would have found anything,” Boykov said.

Before the verdict, Evgeny Limbert was under house arrest and "continued to live in the apartment where the crime took place," the Ministry of Internal Affairs explained. “In addition, the attacker appealed after six months with a statement on the entry into the right to inherit the murdered,” the police added.

While her lover spent the days and months in a pre -trial detention center, the woman did not lose time, but started new novels, says KP.
