The appeal begins: “Dear representatives of the authorities! Currently, work is underway in the center of Moscow to replace asphalt concrete coverage with paving slabs. We, citizens of the Russian Federation, are asking you to understand the appropriateness of this project, the initiator of which is the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin. The townspeople, according to multiple polls, express their negative attitude towards sides of the sidewalks with a tile And absolutely do not want to break their legs and spoil the shoes! "

I note that the purpose of my note is not to join the dispute with the authors of the circulation. Rather, on the contrary - in fact, some city problem arose. But if you complain about something, then it would be nice to have on your side, if not logic, then at least a pure argument. Otherwise, the position is very weakened. However, the logic would also not have prevented, but what is it - there are “Moscow parents” at the bottom of the appeal (which, perhaps adequately), and from the very beginning, “we, citizens of the Russian Federation”. What, all citizens of the Russian Federation began to be concerned about this topic?

Again, argumentation: "Many politicians express the opinion that this is another cut of state money and an absolutely unnecessary project." Well, what are "many politicians"? In circulation, the place was enough to specifically mention them. Again, well, if we are talking about the "unnecessary project", then why insist on these politicians? Since nobody needs it? Well, the topic of cutting, etc., it is like the original sin of power, but it would be smarter to declare it, having not only general grounds. Of course, all this can be just like that, but in specific cases, such a technique does not work too much.

In a word, here is what pathos: something happens, and nearby, why not see how it is in kind. Moreover, to make a report on how something is wrong with the sidewalks in Moscow-this is just some kind of holiday, because then the capital of the Russian Federation turns into an ordinary, normal town with its local problems. When is this, if not in the summer? Well, yes, if there are already complaints, then you can correlate them with reality.

Well, maybe they feel the joy that this work is for a long time. But rather, they smile without such thoughts, but just like that.

It is clear that this is a purely philosophy, because if you start with something else, then the question of why they started with this something else, when we can’t go through the sidewalks, will come out just as logically. Actually, this is already a very real topic about who and how makes decisions on city topics.

But, in truth, no one is asking questions about how decisions are generally made, after which the city is erected in the city for another inhuman horror. Passions can still be on the legitimacy of the demolition of historical heritage, and what they would put there and who painted and embodied it very rarely, exclusively separate intellectual aesthetes. Because now everything is much easier. Here, the appeal from "Moscow parents". Perhaps this social movement really exists (although there is no confidence in this), but who is his representative, where is their contacts? Who exactly should send the answer to the appeal?

Actually, this is even the second question, because the first: and who exactly should perceive this appeal, as an appeal addressed to you? "Dear representatives of the authorities!" - Here is the addressing. Who should answer? But if they do not answer, then, perhaps, there will be a reason to blame the authorities of ignoring the fair requirements of citizens of the Russian Federation ...
