The FSB caught the "laser" hooligan, who attacked aircraft in "Vnukovo"

The FSB announced on Friday that the special services employees calculated and detained a local resident living in Moscow, who regularly blinded the crews of aircraft flying in the Vnukovo Airport with laser rays. The attacker was 24-year-old Alexander Kuleznev.

"During the inspection, conducted on the eve of Kuleznev’s place of residence, two laser poisonings acquired and temporarily seized and temporarily seized, the technical parameters of one of which allow you to send a beam at a distance of up to 40 km," the FSB Central Union of Socialist Revolutionary noted. Now law enforcement officers are deciding to what kind of responsibility the detainee can be held, ITAR-TASS reports.

Since the beginning of this year, more than 40 cases have been recorded in Central Russia with laser rays from the ground by airplains during take-off and landing, which leads to temporary blinding of the crews and threatens with disaster, in early July the press service of the Moscow Interregional Transport Protection, in which representatives of the Rostransnadzor took part, took part. Rosavision, FSB of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The largest number of such incidents occurred in the area of ​​Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo, as well as at the Rostov-on-Don airport.

Recent cases were recorded in Vnukovo on July 5 - at night, two liners were again attacked by the Laser Hooligan. At 2:04, when going to land in Vnukovo, the Tu-204 crew said that he had watched a bright green beam, coming from the ground in the cockpit twice. Literally a few minutes later, the Boeing-737 crew, which landed, reported an attempt to light the liner with a green beam from the ground. The landing of both aircraft was successful. At the same time, according to the Federal Air Transport Agency, since mid -June, the pilots of the aircraft landing several times reported attempts to blind a laser with a beam.

On July 24, in Rostov-on-Don, unknown people blinded the laser of the pilots of the pilots of three aircraft going to land. In early July, the Laser Hooligan was detained in Grozny, which almost blinded the pilot of the aircraft. It turned out to be a minor resident of the village of Petropavlovskaya, born in 1994. After that, the head of the republic forbade the sale of laser decrees.

On July 18, the laser bully was detained in Ufa-an 11-year-old schoolboy who sent a laser ray to the landed Tu-134 transit flight Samara-Surgut. The boy found a laser pen on the street, which he decided to test in the dark. At night, he went out into the courtyard and directed the beam to the plane, which landed at an altitude of 600 meters. His mother faces administrative responsibility for the improper performance of the duties of raising a child, who was at night unattended on the street.

On July 1, deputies introduced a bill on criminal liability for the threat of safety of the operation of vehicles from hooligan motives to the State Duma. For hooliganism with a laser beam, it is proposed to establish up to 3 years in prison or a fine of up to 80 thousand rubles. When trying to blind the pilot, punishment will increase to 7 years, and in case of serious consequences - up to 10 years.

In turn, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation informally reported that they intend to fight “laser hooliganism” using unmanned aerial vehicles, indicating that it was with the help of the drone that one of the suspects in the “laser attack” on the plane in Rostov-on-Don was detained.

Law enforcement officers also offer to prohibit the free sale of laser decrees. In Chechnya, such a ban has already been introduced after a teenager who tried to “blind” the pilot of one of the aircraft who landed at Grozny Airport was caught there.
