In Ukraine, the anti -fascist Denis Solopov detained at the request of the Russian side. The Ukrainian authorities denied Russia to be issued to his homeland, where he was accused of participating in an attack on the Himok administration building. As Gazeta.ru reports, the brother of Solopova Maxim said about it. According to him, Denis Solopov was released a few days ago. Now he has already left the territory of Ukraine.
In March 2011, he was detained near the Kyiv Migration Service, where he asked for a political asylum in Ukraine. On May 9, he was placed in a punishment cell without explanation. This happened on the day when the mass speeches of nationalists began in Lviv against the celebration of Victory Day. Then the issue of its deportation to Russia was considered.
Denis Solopov was wanted after the arrest of his brother Maxim Solopov and journalist ICD Alexei Gaskarov. They spent for about three months in prison, after which the court released both on a recognizance not to leave. However, the charges with Alexei and Maxim were never removed, and the case was transferred to the Khimkinsky city court.
On June 24, the Khimkinsky city court justified Alexei Gaskarov, and sentenced Maxim Solopov to two years in prison. Having announced the verdict, Judge Neonila Zepalova said that Solopov committed a crime, "demonstrating cynicism and the Chine of atrocities." The judge also said that she has indestructible doubts about Gaskarov’s participation in the attack on the Khimki administration. She noted in the verdict that the state prosecution failed to convincingly prove his guilt.
Law enforcement agencies arrested Maxim Solopov and Alexei Gaskarov after the attack in late July several hundred anti -fascists on the Himmik administration building. They threw the building with stones, painted the walls and fired at the windows from traumatic pistols. Thus, the attackers expressed their protest against the cutting down of the Khimki forest (
Supporters of the accused insist that Solopov and Gaskarov did not participate in the action, and their publicity was the reason for the detention. Anti -fascists did not hide their faces and talked a lot with the press (
Promotions in support of Gaskarov and Solopov regularly took place in Russian cities. On April 4, Moscow anti -fascists picked up the Ukrainian embassy. The picket participants held in their hands the flag of the anti -fascist movement and the banner "there is no political repression." The action took place without detention.
