"If all those violations are confirmed, and they are obvious - demolition was carried out without the permission of the authorities, without approval, without fulfilling the mandatory requirement to resolve all housing and legal issues, the company did not fulfill this. I think that on Monday we will cancel this decision and obligate the developer to compensate for the costs of the population that are demolished," Matvienko said on Sunday to the journalists.

She emphasized that no one has the right to violate the decision made by the city government.

"I think that we will cancel this project, so that it is not possible for anyone to violate the decisions that the government on the moratorium on garages. This is an example of such shameless, arrogant, cynical actions of the builder," the governor said.
