A family of five people was killed in Tula

Five members of the same family were found in the Tula apartment - two adults and three children under the age of 10 years. “The murder of the family, including three children, is reported to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Rashid Nurgaliev, who has already ordered to send a group of criminal investigation officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to Tula,” said Andrei Yartsev, head of the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The criminal case was instituted under the article "The murder of two or more persons who were in a helpless state committed in a common way."

The defendants in this case was the organized criminal group of Sergei Tsapka, which, as suspected, included deputy of the Kushchevsky district Sergey Tsepovyaz (currently released under the recognizance not to leave), his brother Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz and their accomplices aged 16 to 35 years - brothers Alexei and Evgeny Gurova, Vyacheslav Skachevube, Igor. Maidanyuk, Andrey Bykov, Sergey Karpenko, Igor Chernykh.

The day before, it became known that 25-year-old Sergei Karpenko died in intensive care, without regaining consciousness. According to the Investigative Committee, he committed suicide. In June, in the Krasnodar pre -trial detention center, another person involved in the "Kushchevsky" case Vitaly Ivanov was found dead.
