"Differdanga" entered the playoffs of the Europa League, despite the loss with a score of 0: 6

The administration of the European Football Union decided that the place of the Olympiacos Greek club from the hair in the Raunde of the Play-Offe of the Europa League of this season will take the place of the Luxembourg Differdanga. This was reported by the press service of UEFA .

On Wednesday, the Union’s control and disciplinary instance retrained from participation in the European Cups of the Hair on the basis of a club violation of the principle of sports interest, which is respected at all club competitions.

"Differdanga" in the third qualifying round of Le gave "Olympiacos" in both matches with the same score of 0: 3. Now the club from Luxembourg has to challenge the ticket to the group stage of the tournament with the French PSG. Matches will take place on August 18 and 25.

Recall that two clubs of the highest division of the Greek football championship - "Caval" and "Olympiacos" (hair) - were transferred to the second division due to the scandal with contractual matches. The local police conduct an investigation on charges of corruption against more than 60 representatives of football clubs, coaches, players, businessmen and underground bookmakers. Ten people, including presidents of clubs from hair and cavalry, are in custody.

The investigation began after UEFA handed the local authorities a report, which indicated the unusually large amounts of bets, mainly made in the drawing of the Cup of Greece and the second division of the country in 2009 and 2010.
