Emissaries of international terrorists were sent to Moscow

Emissars of international terrorist groups are sent to the capital region. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Rashid Nurgaliev announced this at a meeting of the counteraction commission on counteracting extremism, RBC reports.

Nurgaliev explained that the Central Federal District is leader in terms of socio-economic development, and therefore attracts a large number of citizens, including migrants. It is among them that the main ideologists of extremism are trying to operate.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, representatives of more than 120 nationalities live in Moscow alone. According to Nurgaliev, in the metropolitan region and in the Central Federal District there is an increase in interethnic tension and protest moods.

At the beginning of this week, the minister spoke about the difficult situation in the North-Western Federal District. According to Nurgaliev, the growth of extremism in this region is explained by the unemployment, delayed salaries, uncontrolled migration, breaking traditional stereotypes and lifestyle of the population.
