Three bombs were neutralized in Nazran

A homemade explosive device worked in one of the private houses in Nazran on Thursday during the operation to neutralize it, the RIA Novosti website reports. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.

Earlier on Thursday, two homemade explosive devices were found in private houses in different areas of Nazran. So, in a residential building in Nasyr Korsky district of the city on Thursday, a homemade device was found like a capacity of 5-10 kilograms in TNT equivalent. A man was living here, looking for an attack on Nazran in 2004, when the militants killed 77 people, including the acting Minister of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia Abukar Kostoev. And in another private house, the sappers neutralized a homemade explosive device, the power of which is estimated at three kilograms in TNT equivalent. Both bombs were destroyed by sappers.

Currently, on the territory of the four municipal districts of Nazran, the regime of a counter -terrorist operation is valid. The security forces have information that militants who are preparing terrorist attacks may hide in the city.
