It depends on the one who takes a chair in the Kremlin after March 2012, whether Russia will become a chance, a civilized, European country or the next tests and the next sacrifices that our history is so rich will become a chance: repressions, street clashes, emigration of social capital, and the conclusion of financial capital is awaiting it.

The prospect of preserving the status quo causes many fellow citizens one desire: to look for a place of residence somewhere away from the homeland and her who lost any idea of ​​the good and evil of people in uniform. Who do not protect. They do not stand on guard of the law. They are not guarantors of justice and justice - how a herd of wolves chases in cities and towns in search of another victim.

The lawlessness that was happening in the municipal elections in St. Petersburg, where Valentina Matvienko received a result in the style of Turkmenbashi, shows that the current government plans to use force pressure during the parliamentary campaign.

Nevertheless, no one had taken away the personal choice from us: there is no Gulag for the word, owed to the electoral urn, the Gulag is not, the black funnels are still on the jokes, people in civilian clothes are only money - they do not need blood and their western universities yet.

Closed sociological surveys and analysis of focal groups show: the party of the Party of power ranges from 15% (in Moscow) to 25–35% in the regions. This means that the “United Russia” has no legitimate right to control the legislative branch of the authorities, the statements of its leaders, that the party in power represents the interests of most Russians - a stitching and lies. And in our power to prevent the monopoly of one batch for the next five years.

We all understand very well: the parliamentary campaign is planned as a referendum Persona Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich, whose clan longs for his return to the Kremlin for the following at least 6, or even all 12 years, that is, until 2024. What, question, is the basis?

Over 10 years of fantastic oil prices and gas in the country, the reform of healthcare, the pension system, the transport infrastructure has not been carried out: to be treated in the country is life threatening, the village is drunk, the Bulgaria ship with non -buttoned sewer hatches, as a result of which dozens of children were killed, is a symbol of Putin's Russia! In any civilized country, these figures are the reason for the government’s resignation and prime minister. The elementary sense of shame for the Nord-Ost, Beslan, explosions in the Moscow metro, the tragedy on the Volga should have forced Putin to abandon claims and continue to be at the country's helm: the ship led by them is drowning. Drowning!

Yes, indeed, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Art. 81, says that "the same person cannot occupy the post of President of the Russian Federation for more than two consecutive terms." This is a small word “in a row” and creates grounds for the power clan to move Putin to the presidential chair. But who do they want to deceive? Putin’s return to the Kremlin will mean the violation of the spirit of the country's constitution, violation of its Art. 3, paragraph 4 - "no one can assign power in the Russian Federation." Meanwhile, he is trying to do it exactly! The return of Putin for the next 12 years, despite the fact that the previous 12 he held in his hands the main levers of administration in the country will mean nothing more than the seizure of power by one clan-a clan of security forces and business groups serving them.

The history of many countries, and Russia is no exception, testifies to: the irremovability of power is destructive - this corrupts the people themselves and turns citizens into an obedient herd, which silently suffers only for the time being. And then he begins to destroy everything in his path. So it was in many countries of Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, in recent months-the Middle East and Maghreb.

Even in countries with strong and established democratic institutions, such as Sweden and Japan, two decades of staying in the power of the same party ended poorly: both socially oriented Sweden, and super-technological Japan are dealing with a whole heap of economic and social problems. In Italy, the third incarnation of Silvio Berlusconi as the prime minister (he returned to the office in 2001 after a seven-year break) is marked by the fact that the country is on the verge of default. And the 12-year-old rule of the 32nd US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (the only president of the United States, who remained in the power of more than two terms), which we often refer, was justified by the Second World War. The result, however, was the adoption of the 22nd amendment to the US Constitution, which limited the stay of one person in power for two terms. And without any crafty “in a row”.

In a number of Latin America countries, which went through the era of military dictatorships and coups, the constitutions established one (Chile - after 16 years of Pinochet’s dictatorship) or two (Brazil) presidential terms. There, in their own skin, citizens felt how it turns out when the imperious Olympus is controlled by one clan: an infinite anti -ownership, unbridled corruption, blood and murders. Whenever the rulers are trying, using an administrative resource, to be pressed for new terms, the result is a shock to the country. Alberto Fuhimory (Peru) also achieved amendments to the Constitution to stay for a third term - and ended up for 25 years in prison. Manuel Seleia (Honduras), who tried with the help of a referendum to stay for a second term, received a military coup in response and fled from the country. Carlos Menema (Argentina) was honored in the first time as a president who defeated hyperinflation, the second ended with corruption scandals and the collapse of the national currency. Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, using oil rent, built himself a pocket parliament and changed the constitution beyond recognition: a year ago he was going to rule until 2021, but the Lord God or bad genes now force him to share the presidential office with a clinic in a cube, where he was conducted by chemotherapy courses from cancer. The Zimbabvian mugab has been in power for almost 24 years: from a prosperous African country, Zimbabwe has turned into a poor state with millionth inflation and unlimited violence. What ended with the inability of the rulers to break away from the power office in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya - all before their eyes. It is no accident that the other day, Afghan President Hamid Karzai announced that he would not be elected for the third presidential term.

He did not support and will not support any one presidential candidate. Our reader is quite smart to do without our instructions. However, we categorically oppose the irremovability of power. We know fairy tales about the wise king well, even Aristotle (IV century BC) warned: even the enlightened monarch sooner or later turns into a disgusting dictator, whose thirst for power pose a threat to the life of citizens and destroys

states.

President Dmitry Medvedev has the right to be elected for a second term. His refusal to be the head of state to please the obligations to one person will mean only one thing: the goodness of the senior in tandem for him is more important than the country. This is a shame for a politician, a shame for a 40-year-old man, who was given the opportunity to work for a common good, on the Fatherland: life does not end tomorrow, it will not be possible to delete this shame from history, there is still time to say to yourself: Russia is more important.

We have no illusions about any candidates from the current government. But today there is no choice between good and bad. Any other president, except Putin, gives the country a chance. The return of Putin will become a national disaster, and the fault for this will fall for each of us.
