Udaltsov was arrested for three days
The court arrested the coordinator of the movement of the left front of Sergey Udaltsov, detained during the authorized protest from the Central Election Commission on August 29. As the oppositionist himself told the Echo of Moscow, the arrest was imposed for disobedience to the legal requirements of the police officer. According to Udaltsov, the decision to arrest is connected with the upcoming action in defense of freedom of assembly. Udaltsov announced a dry hunger strike.
