
In the second half of September, the social network Facebook can submit its own music service, rumors about which have been going on for a long time, reports the computational with reference to Reuters.
“Informed sources” told the agency that the Facebook musical service will be an open media platform in the same way as in the case of applications and games for the social network.
The new platform will be launched together with the popular music services on the Internet - they call MOG, Spotify, Rhapsody, Slacker and Rdio. Users will be able to listen to music in streaming mode while on the social network website.
The announcement may take place at a conference for the developers of applications for Facebook, which is called F8 and will open on September 22.
