The XI International Documentary Film Film Festival will be held in Perm from October 11 to 17. There will be a show of new films. One of the films (now in the installation period) is made by Pavel Kostomarov and Alexander Rastorguev-this project was carried out for two years and its premiere will finally take place at our festival, and the premiere of the film Pavel Pechenkin will also be. In 1994, at the initiative of the Perm rock musician Oleg Novoselov, a charity collection of performers of rock music “Songs for Tanya M.” was created. Funds from its implementation were aimed at the construction of the children's oncology center in Perm. They gave their tracks for the disc “Chayf”, Yuri Shevchuk, Boris Grebenshchikov, Kostya Kinchev, “Va-Bank”, “Nautilus”, “Bravo”, “House” and others. Tanya Modina was among children who were treated for a terrible illness. She was the only one in that generation of children of the cancer center. Then she was seven years old, the children were shot on an amateur camera, and Tanya became a “face from the cover” of the disk. After 15 years, the film turns to the history of this disk. The film is called "Days of Red Angels." It is planned to show this film on the Culture television channel, as well as at the International Documentary Film Festival in Duysburg.

Pavel Pechenkin also noted that within the framework of the Flacksan, the European project “Learn another” was implemented. This year it closes and at the festival one day will be completely dedicated to this project, its results will be summed up, and the next day after summing up the presentation of the new project will be held - the presentation of the international film school.

"Film School" - this will be a two -year education, like Moscow higher courses of directors. The form of training is full-time, 2 sessions per year-the first session-during the work of Flartian, the second is spring, when filming of the movie will already be held. With the film shot, students will be able to take part in competitions of various festivals around the world, and this will immediately give them the status of “Documentary Cinema Director”. Students will be able not only to listen to lectures by world -famous directors, but also to communicate with recognized masters, however, for this you need to know the English language well. Such a training system is now possible and quite real. People from different cities and even countries will be able to study at school.

Pechenkin also said that at the end of October the All -Russian seminar for media formation "Cinema, Theater and the Museum - the New School" will be held. There is a concept of tutor.
