Putin promised to revise the results of the primaries in Primorye

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin promised to revise the results of the primaries in some areas in the Primorsky Territory after a loud scandal flared up there. As Gazeta.ru reports, the prime minister said this in his Vladivostok reception. According to Putin, the contradictions that caused the scandal will be allowed "at the ONF level."

At the end of August, one of the members of the regional accounting commission of the ONF on the primaries to form a list of candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Primorye announced massive violations and falsifications during the vote, calling the primaries to the "political farce".

“The electors pre -issued lists of candidates for whom it was necessary to vote. In addition, during the voting period, one person threw several ballots on the urn, this recorded not only me, but also several observers. Some people voted several times,” said Fedor Voglykov after he refused to put his signature under the final vote protocol.

The primaries were held on August 25 at the Galaxy cinema. “I participated a lot in various elections, but I see such“ blanks ”for the first time,” said Voglykov.

"I do not want to defeat my gray hair and participate in this political farce. The party’s rating will not add such actions," he added. The words of a member of the counting commission of the ONF were confirmed by one of the participants in the primaries Nikolai Podkopaev. “He personally saw that people were approaching and lowering the bells of ballots into the urn,” he said.

Journalists were not admitted to the hall where the communication with the electors took place. The organizers also banned the press to observe the voting progress and votes count.

Despite the refusal of Voglikov to sign the final protocol, the results of the primaries were recognized as legal after three of the four members of the ONF regional counting commission put their signatures under the document.
