
Russian billionaire Yuri Milner sells part of his shares one of the largest Russian Internet companies Mail.ru Group for a total of about 60.7 million dollars, Bloomberg reports.
According to the agency, the assessment of the cost of the sale package is based on quotes at the time of the closing of trading on September 19 - 35.72 dollars for one global depository receipt. The American Goldman Sachs Group is led by the deal.
The Russian agency RIA Novosti failed to take a comment from Milner's representatives regarding this transaction.
