The Ministry of Finance considers the dollar rate of 29 rubles fair. According to RIA Novosti, this was announced by the Deputy Minister of Finance Sergey Storchak. "Economic relations themselves show that it is fair, if this word is acceptable, the ruble exchange rate is somewhere around 29 rubles per dollar," he said.
Storchak added that “if we take the price (for oil. - Ed.), Which is recognized as comfortable for exporters and importers or consumers, more precisely, this is a fork 80-100 (dollars per barrel - ed.), Then this fork is a central course, around which fluctuations should occur depending on the general economic trend.” He noted that such a course will be comfortable, arranging both importers and exporters.
Commenting on the reliability of the dollar as a reserve currency, Storchak noted that despite experts expressed by experts, doubts about the previous reliability of the dollar ”have to state that so far it is better to offer the markets to the markets.” So, SDR cannot replace the dollar in trade operations. As for the euro, this currency has largely replaced it.
“But it turned out that in the absence of a single tax and budget policy, a single credit-money policy stumbles. It has big problems. It is impossible to ensure the stability of the currency with one credit and money policy,” said Storchak.
On the eve of foreign exchange trading, the ruble collapsed to the dollar against the background of the flight of investors into dollar assets and reducing oil prices. The dollar exchange rate “Tomorrow” jumped at 58 kopecks compared to the closing level of the medium, exceeding 32 rubles and updating the two -year maximum.
