On Saturday in Moscow, the second congress of the unregistered "Party of People's Freedom" was held. Some of the delegates considered the congress illegitimate and preferred to call it a "meeting." This is told by Newsinfo.ru .
These delegates for the most part are included in the organization "Democratic Choice", headed by Vladimir Milov. For the past few months, Milov and his supporters have been strictly opposed to the three other co -chairs of Parnas - Boris Nemtsov, Mikhail Kasyanov and Vladimir Ryzhkov.
The confrontation began after the Ministry of Justice refused the "Party of People's Freedom" in registration due to a large number of violations in the documents, as well as the presence of "dead souls" in the lists of regional branches of the party. After the failure of attempts to challenge the decisions of the Ministry of Justice in the courts, Boris Nemtsov proclaimed that the "no elections in the country" and announced the creation of the Nakh -Nah -Nah movement, the purpose of which is the propaganda of damage to the ballots.
In this undertaking, Boris Nemtsov was actively supported by Vladimir Ryzhkov. Mikhail Kasyanov, too, although not so emotionally. And Vladimir Milov opens Nemtsov quite sharply, insisting on the need to participate in the elections.
Consent on this issue was not observed on Saturday. Mikhail Kasyanov, who acted first, called for spoiling ballots in the parliamentary elections. At the same time, he said that he was ready to become a presidential candidate and said that it was quite possible to collect two million signatures of voters necessary for nomination to candidates. In this way, arguing with Boris Nemtsov, who just claims that it is unrealistic to collect so many signatures for the allotted time.
After Kasyanov, Vladimir Milov took the word. He, in turn, announced the viciousness of damage to the ballots and said that Russian citizens want to take part in the elections.
He also touched the presidential election, also declaring his readiness to run for the post of head of state. He reminded the audience about the congress’s resolution he had gone, which states that the presidential elections can be recognized as legitimate only after the cancellation of the collection of signatures. And therefore, said Milov, Nemtsov, Kasyanov and Ryzhkov are not ready to go to the polls. In this connection, he was left alone, Milov, who is ready for this election. True, the leader of the "demo" urged this issue later.
After that, Vladimir Milov called on the three other co-chairs of Parnas to be honest and resign after the failure of the Nah-Nakha in December.
Following Milov, Boris Nemtsov and Vladimir Ryzhkov took the word in turn. From them Milov and his supporters (and not only them) went to the full program. Nemtsov informed the audience that "unlike some" we participated and won the election. Then he again confirmed his commitment to the idea of damage to the ballots (as well as Vladimir Ryzhkov after him). Nemtsov informed the audience that he persuaded Yuri Shevchuk and Alexei Navalny to put his candidates for the presidency in 2012. Moreover, Shevchuk persuaded even in Africa, where they went together. However, in both cases, he received a categorical refusal.
Unity at the Parnassus Congress could not achieve this. Moreover, it was not possible to achieve even rapprochement of positions on fundamental issues. It is not surprising, therefore, that both the participants in the congress-collection and third-party observers themselves speak of a split as a fait there.
