Investigators of the Investigative Committee for Khakassia conduct an audit on the fact of the death of a cyclist in an accident with a police car during her pursuit of car agents. The Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region reported that the deceased was in the headphones and himself drove under the wheels. A video recording of an accident from a traffic police machine was transferred for study to the Investigative Committee.

The Interfax agency reports that on Friday evening, the Nissan Bluebird car was stolen in the village of Krasnoozernaya Ust-Abakan district. At four in the morning, a foreign car was noticed at one of the crossbars of Abakan. The hijackers only added speed to the demands to stop, trying to leave the city.

In the area of ​​the World Street, the crew of the DPS was prevented by a cyclist, moving in the middle of the carriageway. The man did not respond to signals, as he was in headphones. Trying to overtake the obstacle, reports the Khakassia news agency , the police drove into the oncoming lane, but at the moment when the car caught up with the cyclist, he suddenly turned left, falling right under the wheels of the car. From the injuries, a 41-year-old man died on the spot.

The stolen car was discovered on the Askizsky tract - the driver lost control and crashed into a tree. The hijackers were a young man born in 1990 and three of his friends, born in 1986 and 1992.

The traffic police officers have been accommodated and are re -certified and positively characterized in the service. Their experience in the organs is 9 and 11 years.
